By accessing or using our website and services, including our bespoke matchmaking platform, downloadable PDF guides, webinars, and private Facebook group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Bespoke Matchmaking Services

We offer a premium matchmaking service that includes personalised matchmaking based on your preferences. After signing up and paying for a membership, users complete a detailed form where they provide their information and preferences, which we use to hand-select potential matches.

1.2 Premium Features

As a member, you will gain access to the following premium features:

• Bespoke Matchmaking: Personalised matchmaking based on your profile and preferences.

• Downloadable PDF Guides: Access to dating tips, relationship advice, long-distance relationship information, and more.

• Free Webinars: Invitations to exclusive webinars on dating and relationship topics.

• Private Facebook Group: Access to a private group for members to connect, share experiences, and gain additional support.

• Whatsapp support with Dammy & Laura to support you through your relationship journey.

2. Membership

2.1 Paid Membership Plans

To access our services, users must purchase a membership. We offer the following membership options:

• One-Time Payment for 6 Months: A one-time fee for access to the platform for six months.

• Monthly Recurring Subscription: A monthly subscription for continued access to our platform.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All pricing is clearly stated on our website. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor, and you agree to provide accurate and current payment information.

2.3 Renewal and Cancellations

The monthly subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. Members who purchase the one-time 6-month membership are not eligible for a refund after the payment has been made. Members who purchase the one-time 6 month membership, will need to renew their membership if they wish to remain active for Bespoke Matchmaking.

2.4 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any membership plans. If you experience technical difficulties or dissatisfaction with the service, please contact us at ldlovelink@gmail.com for assistance.

3. User Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use our platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 25 years old to access our matchmaking services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Profile Information

After signing up and paying for a membership, you will be directed to a form to provide detailed information and preferences for matchmaking. You will not be able to create a customisable profile. All information submitted will be used to facilitate the matchmaking process.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

4.1 Respectful Behaviour

As a member of our platform, you agree to be respectful, genuine, and considerate toward other users. You must not engage in any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior. We encourage members to interact with respect and kindness.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior towards other users.

• Attempt to scam, ask for money, or engage in any dishonest activities.

4.3 Reporting Violations

If you encounter any inappropriate behaviour, you should immediately report it to us at ldlovelink@gmail.com. Users who are found to be violating these Terms, including attempting to scam or deceive others, will be removed from the platform, including access to the private Facebook group.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection

We do not store personal information beyond what is necessary for the provision of services. All personal data you provide is used solely to match you with potential partners and offer you our services.

5.2 Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies on our website for basic functionality and for the integration of Google Analytics. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies as outlined in our Cookie Policy.

5.3 Security

We use security measures provided by Squarespace, the platform through which our website is built, to protect your data. However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Downloadable PDF Guides

6.1 Access to Guides

Members and non Members will have access to downloadable PDF guides that contain dating advice, relationship tips, and long-distance relationship resources. These guides are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.

Only those who sign up to a membership with us, will receive the downloadable guides for free.

6.2 Content Ownership

The downloadable guides are owned by us or our content partners. By downloading these guides, you agree not to infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights.

7. Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Matches

While we offer a tailored matchmaking service, we cannot guarantee that you will find a match within a specific timeframe. We believe that finding a genuine match can take time, and we are committed to helping you find the right person.

7.2 No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not responsible for any actions or events that occur after we have introduced you to a match. We encourage members to engage in meaningful communication and exercise caution when interacting with others. If any user conducts themselves inappropriately after being matched, we will take action to remove them from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Liability

We are not liable for any personal or emotional harm resulting from interactions between members or for any technical issues that prevent the use of the platform. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, but we do not guarantee the success of any matchmaking or relationship.

8.2 Platform Availability

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the platform, we do not guarantee continuous access. We are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or disruptions in service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
